These feelings and experiences shift, especially when things feel out of control and you or your child is struggling.  Focusing on ages 10 and up, Modern Trails Counseling provides support in a variety of ways for kids, teens and adults. Whether it is utilizing play therapy techniques with your child, exploring your teen's interests, or finding ways to navigate the new roles that come with adulthood, parenthood, retirement years or above,  I am here to help you find the right tools to manage your world. Whether you're facing anxiety, self-esteem challenges, depression or something you just can't quite put your finger on, we will work together to create the positive changes you seek for yourself or your child. Together, we will find the best way to navigate this rocky path, creating cairns to guide our way.
